Grateful to the founding members of the UK's Beyond The Music festival for extending an official Alumni Performer & Delegate invitation to me for this year's 2026 conference at Media city, Salford.
I haven’t set foot in Manchester since 2023, but as an independent Afro-fusion artist and music business strategist operating from Nigeria, this recognition is proof of concept for the DIY digital export model. It shows that consistent digital footprint building, targeted networking, and international distribution keep your catalog active within global industry networks long after you leave the room. Exciting to see the music continue to bridge the gap between Lagos and the UK!
